This policy explains how we process your personal data when you visit arbitextile.com and use the enquiry form. It covers the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkish law. More detail for visitors in Türkiye is in our KVKK Information Notice.
Who we are

What we collect
Enquiry form. Your name, work email, brand, product categories, number of styles, season and notes.
When you visit. Cloudflare, which hosts our site, logs your IP address, browser and device information and the time of the request for security and operation.
In your browser. We store one entry in your browser’s local storage to remember that you dismissed the language suggestion. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Who we share it with
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, security, and storage of your enquiry.
- Authorities: only where the law requires it.
These providers process data only on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
International transfers
Our providers’ servers may be located outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Such transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses under the GDPR and the appropriate safeguards in Article 9 KVKK.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for no longer than 2 years after the enquiry is closed. If we start working together, statutory retention periods apply. Server logs are kept briefly and used only for security.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and, under the GDPR, receive it in a portable format. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live or work, or in Türkiye to the Personal Data Protection Board. Write to contact@arbitextile.com; we reply within 30 days.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Your enquiry is kept in private storage that only our team can access.
Children
Our site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page with its last updated date.
